Arushi Bajaj
Arushi is a Registered Psychotherapist with CRPO and in good standing with the Ontario Association for Mental Health Professionals. Prior to this, she worked as a licensed clinical psychologist in India, and completed her M.Sc and M.Phil in clinical psychology.
She strongly believes that we all carry the power and wisdom to heal ourselves, but sometimes need support and guidance to facilitate this process and navigate the obstacles limiting us from the life we wish to lead. Over her six years of experience and growth as a psychotherapist, she has developed a trauma informed, collaborative, and resiliency based approach with clients. Her aim is to provide an empathetic, warm and non-judgemental space where you feel it is safe to explore and process your emotions and thoughts, understand yourself, and learn skills to help you cope with whatever life throws your way. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy, and strives to make you feel seen, heard, and valued.
Arushi works with clients dealing with:
Symptoms of anxiety- such as heart racing, palpitations, negative thinking, procrastination, dissociation, derealization, intrusive thoughts and images, panic, and feelings of dread, impending doom, and overwhelm. Symptoms of depression- such as low mood, loss of pleasure in previously enjoyable things, rumination, disturbed sleep, and feelings of guilt, shame, pessimism, hopelessness, helplessness or worthlessness. Survivors of physical, verbal, emotional, sexual or narcissistic abuse. This could also show up in the form of feeling taken advantage of (exploitation), feeling controlled or manipulated, doubting your own feelings and reality (gaslighting). Other symptoms may include symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, flashbacks, nightmares, difficulty trusting others, and a pervasive sense of unsafety. Issues of daily living, such as life transitions, overwhelm, interpersonal or relationship issues, discrimination, workplace stress, self-esteem and self-worth issues, and cultural identity. Post traumatic stress and its corresponding symptoms after a motor vehicle accident or MVA, such as flashbacks, nightmares, avoidance, intrusive thoughts and images, zoning out or losing time, missing time, or dissociation. Workplace trauma, such as racism, discrimination, workplace injuries, harassment, bullying Intergenerational trauma She works with a client centered, integrated therapeutic approach, where she uses an eclectic mix of modalities, which are strength-based to encourage clients to recognize their personal strengths and resiliency. These modalities include, Solution – Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems techniques. She has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and works tirelessly to ensure her practice is anti–oppressive and a positive space for all.

Eda Mucaj
Eda is a licensed psychotherapist, offering both remote and in-person sessions in Mississauga. Her work is grounded in an attachment and body-centered model, emphasizing the importance of embodying experiences through integration of soma and psyche in the healing journey. Eda also weaves in elements from various modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of her clients. This includes Object Relations Therapy, Ego states Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Body-Centered models of therapy. In her work, Eda brings a grounded sense of warmth and peace which supports her capacity to hold the complexity of client’s experience. She holds a belief in the uniqueness of each individual and is deeply passionate about collaborating with clients to foster resilience and achieve their personal goals.
